Current Projects

Leveraging Human-AI Interactions to Tackle Cyberbullying
This mixed-methods research focuses on understanding youth interactions with chatbots, and how we can effectively design chatbot interventions that are supportive, empowering, and effective for our youths today.

Youth Mental Health in the Digital Age
This research investigates the prevalence, predictors, and consequences of mental health issues among youths in Singapore. In doing so, this study aims to develop and implement effective awareness, prevention, and intervention programs.
Additionally, the research explores the innovative aspects of digital technologies and the impact of social media on youth mental health. It examines how advanced digital technologies can be applied to enhance mental health literacy, foster social-emotional and mental well-being, as well as to reduce the stigma associated with mental health.
